Our Story
My dream for over 15 years was to ‘one day’ own a coffee shop. In 2023 i finally decided to go for it and i bought a horsebox! We’ve been trading since 2024.
Coffi Baa is rooted in the Welsh valleys (hence the name) where the owner, Tammi, was born and bred.
We are a small, female owned business that pride ourselves in high quality, local, Welsh products. We are modern, INNOVATIVE and creative and on the pulse with new trends.
Why i chose this path
Coffee shops have been my second homes for decades. I’ve spend the majority of my weekends in them writing. Its a place i could go and be around people, HAVE COMPANY and feel connected just by being there, sipping on my coffee and making it last, and going into my imagination with my pen and paper. They are always places i like to be. They took away my loneliness and I’ve always wanted to create a place like that for others. Coffee shops are more than just coffee, its connection and a sprinkle of joy. Its a moment and the pause between the somewhat mundane. Its a reminder that life is good and life is full of nice things. I like to make people smile with a great, speciality coffee because the little things matter, human connection and a break from Everyday pressures matter. Its a reminder of being human and that we are more than job titles.
