We have 4 packages that are based on the number of guests/ cups, time ( hourly rate) and distance from NP23 postcode.We are available to hire and have a vast amount of event experience

We can power ourselves (gas and batteries) but letting us use mains power makes us happy (we have the cables).
We bring our own water
we also include iced lattes, hot chocolates, teas, decaf, chai, Matcha (extra add on), cold drinks (cans, water).

    Up to 80 guests

    +£50 each extra hour

    Tailored to your event calculated by number of guests and hours required.

  • Suitable for small events that want to sell drinks but expect less that 30 guests

We have different packages to suit all. From large events, that charge us a pitch to trade (where we sell direct to customers), to private and small event hire, where we charge you based on time and number of coffees required.

Our Process

It starts with you

Choose the package you want.

We check availability and book you in. Secure the date with £150 deposit.

We finalise details closer to the date (time of arrival, directions, set up and service time and any finer details if required).

We can send documentation (eg Public liability insurance etc) upon request.

 We will travel up to 60 miles from NP23 postcode. Anything further will require more information. Basic packages are within a 30 mile radius only.
What we can’t do
We’ll give most things a go but if the elevation is near vertical for a long duration up a mountain B road, then we may not be able yo get to you. We can do remote…but nor too remote.
